Can I make my housing reservations now?
Housing reservations are integrated into registration for the meeting. You must be registered to make your housing arrangements. Register for PV America East now.

What hotels are available? What are the rates?
PV America has negotiated discounted hotel rates to help you save money while you are in Philadelphia for the event. These hotels rooms are available as part of our registration process. For more information about the hotels and rates, please visit Travel & Accommodations.

What does my registration include?
Fees vary depending on the type of registration you choose. Review the 2013 Registration options.

How can I get the discounted member registration rate?
To receive the discounted member rate, you must be a member of either SEPA or national SEIA when you register. Discounts apply to all members enrolled before February 1, 2013.

Is there a student rate?
Yes – $100. Please note that we do not have any student scholarships available.

What is the dress code for PV America?
Dress comfortably and wear shoes that are good for walking. Check the weather for the region before you pack so you will know what to expect of the climate. It is typical that conventions centers are kept fairly cool, so you may want to have a light jacket or sweater with you.

Where is Lost and Found?
Please check with the registration staff. After a few hours we turn lost and found items over to the convention center security.

Are there special rates for large groups?
Yes – The Group Advantage Program has special benefits for groups of 4 or more. Contact Lindsey Cohen at lcohen@solarenergytradeshows.com for more information.

How can I receive a letter of invitation (for visa request) to attend PV America?
You must fill out the online application for consideration.

I am registered but need to change my hotel reservation.
All hotel changes must be made directly with your preferred hotel.

Can I bring my children/spouse?
No infants or children under the age of 18 will be allowed on the exhibit floor or conference sessions.
