Press Room Hours

Tuesday, February 5	8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday, February 6	8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Thursday, February 7	9:00 am – 2:00 pm

Press Badge Pick-up

Press Badges allow entry the exhibit floor, sessions, special networking events and keynote addresses. Press Badges can be picked up in the PV America East Press Room. Photo ID will be required.

Green Press Room

As an eco-friendly conference, PV America offers a Green Press Room where media can pick up materials from all the exhibitors. The green press room will only accept press kits as follows:

• CD press kits
• Flash drive press kits
• A postcard or a note card that provides the link to an exhibitor’s online press kit

Exhibitors are asked to drop off their green press materials at the press room beginning on Tuesday morning, February 5.
