Welcome to the PV America 2012 West exhibitor resource center. It has the information and tools you need to exhibit successfully in San Jose this March. This is your starting point to:

  • Log in to the password-protected* Exhibitor Dashboard, your link to:
    • Your company profile – Company Profile updates and approvals must be made by Friday, February 17, 2012 in order to be included in the on-site Conference and Expo Guide.  All updates made after this date will be listed online only.
    • Registration
    • Alerts from show management
    • System for uploading your company press releases (when purchased through an enhanced listing package)
    • And more!
  • Plan your accommodations and travel itinerary.
  • Access the Exhibitor Manual which includes rules and regulations, move-in/move-out guidelines and certificate of insurance details.
  • Learn about Sponsorship Opportunities to increase awareness of your company.
  • Pick up PR tips, including directions for the digital press kits and access the pre-registered media list.
  • Use the pre-registered media list (available in February 2012) to communicate your company news to the right people.

*Passwords are emailed to exhibitors through our partner, MapYourShow.

Exclusive Customer Passes

Each exhibiting company receives 5 customer passes per 10 x 10 space for Expo-only access. These passes are for customer use only. Exhibitors’ codes for these exclusive customer passes will be emailed as part of the exhibitor badge allotment letter.
