In our efforts to make your experience at the show as successful as possible, you will recieve this monthly newsletter with the latest news, approaching deadlines, helpful tips, etc… to assist you with planning your event.
Show Guide Description Deadline – February 23, 2012
Your Company Description and Product Categories must be added or updated by Thursday, February 23, 2012 to be included in the official Show Guide. You can access and edit your description through your Exhibitor Dashboard. It is very important to update your description because this is what attendees and prospects will see when searching for products and services at the event. If you need your password to access your dashboard, email Shane Poblete at spoblete@solarenergytradeshows.com.
Registration and Housing Now Open
Registration Instructions
To begin the registration process, click here to be taken to the registration and housing landing page. Here you will be able to view your usage of your complimentary Full Conference and Booth Personnel badges. In order to begin registering you will need your company name and exhibitor password to enter the system.
Housing Instructions
Before you can make hotel reservations, each individual must be registered for SPI 2011. Once registered, make hotel reservations by clicking the Make Reservations tab and following the hotel reservation instructions.

Complimentary Passes for Your Customers
Each primary exhibiting company receives an allotment of 5 complimentary expo only registrations for every 100 square feet for customers. Exhibitors who are sponsors may receive additional registrations based on their sponsorship.
Your customers can take advantage of this complimentary expo only registration by registering through the attendee registration site and entering your exhibitor password as their discount code.

Public Relations Tips
PV America 2012 West aims to help exhibitors brand their company names and guide you in taking advantage of all of the public relations opportunities at the conference. We offer a Press Manual that is your guide to everything your company needs to know about exhibitor PR.
